Maddie and Nigel Puppies

which means sire and dam have been tested by board certified Vet. Cardiologist, Board certified Vet. Ophthalmologist and Board certified Vet. Radiologist and cleared free of genetic hip, eye and heart defects

Both Maddie and Nigel are sweet tempered, non-aggressive and healthy Goldens-Maddie is 7 yrs old and Nigel is 10 yrs old. They both come from show pedigrees from top producing American champions as well as top English champions. Maddie has a classic Golden head with a beautifully chiseled muzzle, black pigment around her eyes, a jet black nose and dark eyes. She has plenty of forechest, depth of chest and laid back shoulders. Her rear has good angulation and is powerful. Her coat is a shiny golden with cream feathering. She is 22 inches tall measured from the withers to the ground and is 70 pounds. She has an excellent disposition and is very patient with children. Nigel is a lighter Golden with a typically large male head. He also has excellent black pigmentation. Nigel is a broad-chested muscular male, he has plenty of forechest and depth- his shoulders are well laid back. His rear is well angulated and has plenty of drive. His topline is solid. He loves to retrieve balls and Frisbees. He is 24 inches tall and 85 pounds. He is very good with children and loves attention. He is a former show /Jr showmanship dog with many ribbons.

These are very well socialized puppies. They are constantly around people and noises. The litter is very consistent in type. We observe their temperaments as they mature, noting any dominance or aggression or hyperactivity. They are currently being fed Iams original puppy food which is ground up and moistened. By the time they are ready to leave to their new homes they will have been weaned from Mommy and will be on slightly moistened kibble. The puppies will be examined by my veterinarian at approx 6 weeks of age . At that age they will also receive their first puppy vaccination. They will have been wormed as well (done as routine maintenance). Nails trimmed.

The puppies go home with a puppy packet which includes a contract, medical history, 4 generation pedigree, copies of sire/dam health clearances (hip/eye/heart), feeding instructions, house breaking info, obedience training articles, grooming and maintenance info, small bag of food and anything else I can think of.
